Smash City LA is an upcoming Super Smash Bros. for Wii U invitational tournament held in Los Angeles, California on December 11th, 2016 by OverPowered Gaming and 2GGaming. D1, and Keitaro will be providing commentary and Ken will be doing analysis and interviews. The tournament will be held at a private residence, and will not be open to the general public.

Trivia
- The tournament will be having a fantasy team contest where people on smash.gg can create a team of eight players without exceeding the virtual budget of $1400. Points will be decided on the players in the fantasy team's placements and whether or not eight bonus predictions came true.
- The prizes for this are a new Wii U console, a $100 Controller Chaos gift card, and a $20 Nintendo eShop gift card for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively. The prizes were provided by a company named MoneyMatches.
