SWT: NA Northeast Ultimate Online Qualifier is the eleventh and final Super Smash Bros. Ultimate qualifier for Phase One of the Smash World Tour 2021. It is region locked to several northeastern U.S states and Canadian provinces. The top six players of the main bracket, as well as the top two players from the Last Chance Qualifier, will be invited to the Phase Two tournament SWT: NA East Ultimate Regional Finals.

• Canada: Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec

The District of Columbia was originally missing, but added in version 1.1 of the Official Rulebook on February 21st, 2021 (the day after the circuit's announcement).
