Issue I have

I don't feel like we should be making conclusions about how good Ridley is. I mean, the game literally hasn't came out, and the meta even isn't a thing either. Plus, this doesn't appear on any other characters pages, so it's very out of place. --Penro 21:04, 14 June 2018 (EDT)

If you were mentioning my changes, no problem. I went ahead to reword that entire attribute section to better feature what could be observed from gameplay, instead of just jumping to conclusions saying he is one of the better characters without any explanation. The previous attribute section also had heavy use of dramatic words, so I toned that down.

Honestly I can agree that it's too early for an attribute section, but for now it's an interesting read for what we can see so far. I don't mind it getting cleared or edited once the game comes out though. Archrelico (talk) 21:47, 14 June 2018 (EDT)

Ridley Final Smash

Anyone know how the knockback of this attack works. From what I see it just seems like if the victim is above a certain % they instantly die, but if they're not, they just take Meteor Smash-like knockback from it. It's kinda confusing me Kirby's Crazy Appetite ~ 03:13, 17 June 2018 (EDT)

Meta Ridley

The page states Meta Ridley is available as a costume despite not being in the costume list shown right above it. How do we know it is actually a costume rather than an Echo character or the like, maybe a boss or assist or something. I think saying it's an alt is jumping to conclusions without concrete proof (at least if there is, it's not linked there) – Qyzxf (talk) 14:17, 18 June 2018 (EDT)

Hmm... I would adhere to Occam's razor for this one. Meta Ridley is clearly shown off in Ridley's trailer. There's a picture of him on Ridley's page on the official Ultimate site, and none of the other fighters have photos where they show off an Assist or Echo Fighter without the actual character of the page being in the photo as well. All info shown off suggests Meta Ridley's an alt, and to suggest he's anything else would be a stretch. What's unknown is why it wasn't in the demo. Nintendo101 (talk) 14:27, 18 June 2018 (EDT)

I get why the assumption was made, it's very logical. The only reason I'm doubting it is because the demo already has 8 colorations like every other character, so I'd be surprised if they suddenly changed that. Side special in the air

I've never seen Ridley do the side special in the air. How does it work? Does it have the same sweetspot and sourspot attributes? What if the opponent gets hit in the air with the sweetspot? -- 5.145.128.4 14:59, 9 August 2018 (EDT)
