How exactly is this a "technique" when the article itself stresses how the phantom hits are for the most part completely unintentional, and does not seems to aid the character at all? The definiton of technique in the category itself states, "Techniques are actions done by characters other than attacks that improve the skills of the player." Melee image

- You could by taking a screenshot that shows a before and after, where a glancing blow deals half the damage with no knockback. Omega Tyrant

Oppose. I hear phantom hit a bit more, but not enough to negate the fact that glancing blow is the official term.
