Phil is an American smasher who mains Fox. He is currently ranked 91st on the 2016 SSBMRank and 17th on the NorCal Melee Power Rankings.
Phil is also known for his commentary on tournament videos. He usually commentates along with HomeMadeWaffles which gets uploaded on YouTube on HomeMadeWaffles's YouTube account. Perhaps his most notable commentary is on the Wombo Combo video. He notably defeated Shinobi and Colbol to finish at 17th place in UGC Smash Open.
