Phil is an American smasher who mains Fox, he was formerly ranked 17th on the NorCal Power Rankings in Spring of 2017. He has wins over Colbol, Umarth, Willz, Shinobi, Bizzarro Flame, HomeMadeWaffles, Darrell, and Dr. Z. Phil is also known for his commentary on tournament videos. He usually commentates along with HomeMadeWaffles which gets uploaded on YouTube on HomeMadeWaffles's YouTube account. Perhaps his most notable commentary is on the Wombo Combo video. He notably defeated Shinobi and Colbol to finish at 17th place in UGC Smash Open.
