Jmook is a Super Smash Bros. Melee Sheik player from New York. Although he has been active in the scene since 2016, he first came to prominence on a national level for his online results, specifically his performances at Hax's Nightclub (Season 2 Episode 1), where he defeated Magi, bobby big ballz, and Zain who was playing secondaries, as well as Four Loko Fight Night, where he defeated Polish, Ginger twice, and Aklo. After offline play returned, he had a breakout tournament at Smash World Tour 2021 Championships, where he defeated 2Saint and Krudo to make it into the championship bracket, where he defeated other players such as Gahtzu and Kalamazhu. His best performance to date was at GENESIS 8, where he defeated Plup, lloD, n0ne, and iBDW to place 2nd, the highest placement at a Melee supermajor for a player never ranked on any official global Super Smash Bros. Melee power ranking, as well as the lowest seeded player (21st seed) to make it to Grand Finals at a Melee major since Fly Amanita (16th seed) at Press Start and Bombsoldier (who was unseeded) at Jack Garden Tournament.
Jmook is currently ranked 14th on the Tri-state Power Rankings for 2018-2019.
On June 10th, 2022, Jmook joined FlyQuest.[1]
