Deepak is a smasher that started to play smash competitively during his freshman year at the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. He started to play as Marth, but then started to play as Sheik when he realized how much he enjoyed grabbing. Deepak plays most of the other cast of Super Smash Bros. Melee at a decent level.
In September of 2005, Deepak began attending college at the UW - River Falls, where the smasher Teflon_Climbers resided. Deepak learned all the basics of advanced smash play there and played smash regularly with Yoshii and Teflon_Climbers.
During his sophomore year, Deepak switched to Sheik as his main, and started to team with fellow smasher Yoshii regularly at all smash tournaments they attended.
As of November 2014, Deepak is currently ranked 5th on the Minnesota Power Rankings. He is placed 6th in Project M.
