Looking at the links from the removed characters pages, I noticed the following enemies in the boss/enemy list of the game data aren't present in the final version:
- Kirby series: Blade Knight, Bonkers, Bronto Burt, Waddle Dee, Waddle Doo
- Mario series: Karon (Dry Bones), Met (Buzzy Bettle)
- Fire Emblem series: Black Knight
- Others (currently unknown. Two of those could be Quark Mine and the plant near the the end of The Swamp): Arrians, Blowm, Bosspackun ("Boss Pack"?), Bubot, Byushi, Dyeburn, Gunnatter, Kyan, Mech Cannon, Melorin, Ploum, Torista, Whauel, Wiiems
