Not really, but based on first-hand experience from other occurrences on SmashWiki, there have been people who have taken offense to scenarios like this one. I think there's a policy somewhere that emphasizes carefulness on wording, though I can't say for sure. The similarities are on purpose; the Proposal Orb is one-use only but doesn't cost SP, while Proposition you can use whenever you want as long as you have the right amount of SP.
