Arath is a smasher from Jalisco, Mexico, known as one of the main commentators of the Mexican & Latino-American Smash scene, The Co-Editor for the YouTube channel "Plasma Smash" and one of the editors for VGbootcamp highlights.
Biography
Arath entered the main scene on 2014 as a player and started making his way as a commentator at online tournaments in Latin America. He eventually got an opportunity being requested to be a commentator for Smash Factor 4, in both Melee and Smash 4, using Mew2King's Twitch channel to broadcast the event.
In 2014, he signed as a player for a League of Legends team called Satori Red, with Regi in his team, but shortly after the team disbanded. Later that year, Rampage Zone another League of Legends esports team decided to make a contract with the same team, this time adding MkLeo to the roster. This made possible for team to attend EVO 2015 with a semi-professional sponsorship.
Arath joined Smash Factor as a commentator. This made possible for them to attend GENESIS 3, leading as the non-playing captain of the Mexico crew, conformed originally by Hyuga, Regi, Ryuk, Waymas, IC. The Mexican team got 3rd place losing to Japan.
Smash Factor 5 took place in Cholula, Puebla. The stream was hosted by the VGbootcamp team and commentated by Arath, Keitaro, D1, Mr.R, and Anibal The well known "Serge vs Darkfall" meme happened on day 1 pools being commentated by both Arath and D1
