Let me back myself up: his jab, forward tilt, forward smash, up smash (sourspot), back aerial, forward special, and down special are stronger while his up tilt, dash attack, forward smash, and up aerial are weaker, and the rest have no knockback changes. Yes, he is definitely stronger than Brawl. However, I find it a stretch to say that he is more powerful than Melee when this many attacks are weaker. You'd see Melee Bowser KOing ridiculously early.
