SSB World is an Smash 4 and Ultimate community-driven database for competitive tournaments. It maintained over 17,000 players on SSB World profile, around 54,000 videos, and over 158,000 games within its database.
Decline
Despite initial optimism, the website declined after 2019, grinding to a halt in 2021, suspending contribitions. The website maintains a boilerplate message stating "SSB World is no longer an active site and user content creations are no longer supported. Thanks for all of your contributions over the years." at the top. The last contribution was lastofthemaheecans vs Fear, dated 5th May 2021. The website remains active for archival purposes.
