Re:Hmmm...

Ok, I'll stick with Railizardz. remember to delete judge9's user page. And did I forget to sign when I reported someone who I thought was a vandal? Aorry about that. Railizardz (talk) 16:03, September 2, 2009 (UTC)

Yes. Railizardz (talk) 15:22, September 3, 2009 (UTC)

I don't quite get the significance of the images... O well. PenguinofDeath 16:43, September 3, 2009 (UTC)

Good news is I lived through the night, even though that thing happened. Bad news is, my high school blocks mibbit.com. queue queue. Shadowcrest 13:19, September 4, 2009 (UTC)

Snapshots

To get SSBB snapshots from you Wii to your computer/laptop you first have to save them on an SD card. Then put the SD card in you CPU/LPT and find them as BIN files. Finally, download a program that converts the BIN files into images. Railizardz (talk) 15:46, September 8, 2009 (UTC)

Actually, Pikamander2 already helped me with that problem. And you don't need to download a program to convert the .bin files to .jpg files - there's a website that'll do it for you. Thanks anyway, PenguinofDeath 17:09, September 8, 2009 (UTC)

Pikachu (SSBB)

You have Melee, correct? The page has no "Changes" section, and I don't have Melee, and therefore cannot compare. Could you do this for me, or send me the list so that I can add it in as a paragraph? L33t Silvie I see wat u did thar...

I have Melee, but I'm not the sort of person to ask about writing "Changes from Melee to Brawl" sections as I don't know enough about either game. I suspect Pikamander2 would be a better person to ask to do that. Sorry, PenguinofDeath 00:28, September 9, 2009 (UTC)

Question

"You've been vandal caught!"

What exactly does that mean? I noticed that you removed it from a user page here. When I did a Google search for it, I noticed that some IP had inserted it into a Wikipedia article four times. --Posted by Pikamander2 (Talk) at 20:24, September 10, 2009 (UTC)

It means that he's a cross-wiki vandal... That IP also inserted the phrase into three other Wikipedia pages (I reverted it, don't worry). Taking your question literally, I don't think it was ever a serious attempt to point out vandals, even when he was saying it on users' talk pages - I think it was just vandalism. Speaking of which, I decided that enough was enough and perma-banned him. See the block summary for my reasons, and see the Administrators' noticeboard and his talk page for details. Hello

Hey there. Would you be able to delete a page for me? My Smasher page (Smasher:IWontGetOvertheDam) has been the subject of some vandalism by some people I know, and now I'm just thinking maybe I don't need a Smasher page at all. Thanks. :D IWontGetOvertheDam (talk) 16:34, September 24, 2009 (UTC)

Sorry to butt in, but:
  1. Have you entered any tournaments at all?
  2. Have you won any and are you a famous Smasher?
If not, then you shouldn't have a page. It is only noted smashers who do. Solar Dragon (Talk) 16:44, September 24, 2009 (UTC)
Solar Dragon, he requested that it be deleted, so there was no need to point out that it should be deleted. Also, if you're going to question notability, at least quote and/or link to SmashWiki:Notability. PenguinofDeath 17:14, September 24, 2009 (UTC)

Dodge Jump

I just wanted to say that I didn't think Dodge Jumping as a technique, but rather a taunt for Sonic. When you do with Sonic you can makes it look like he did a Backflip. But then after I discovered dodge jumping me and my bro set up a thing and I was succesful in dodging his meteor smash while gaining height. So call it what ever you like its just that I can exaggerated and thought that everyone would find this cool —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ninoaguila (talkcontribs) 02:46, September 29, 2009

"Cool" isn't the driving force of content on this wiki. What is important is relevance and notability, and from what you describe it is neither. Oh, and please sign your posts with ~~~~. Thanks. Clarinet Hawk (talk · contributions) 06:01, September 29, 2009 (UTC)

Signature

Hi, thanks for the help with my signature. I have been meaning to change it for a while now and couldn't figure out the fonts. Thanks, The Solar Dragon (talk) 19:26, October 4, 2009 (UTC)

Hmmm...............

Hmmm............ indeed. I took a look at your recent edits to the Knee Smash article. So basically, anyone who gets in an edit war with you is automatically a vandal? It's debatable whether or not the "Knee of Love" deserves a mention in the article. May I call your attention to the fact that the IPs just edited the article without saying "Reverted PenguinofDeath:" in the edit summary? This could mean that (s)he didn't even know his/her edit was reverted. Ergo, it might be possible the person forget that (s)he already changed it before or thought that the edit didn't go through last time. You should have left something on the IP's talk page telling him/her to justify his/her edits instead of giving a warning in an edit summary (to make sure the message is received). Also, Smashwiki:Rollback clearly states, "Users with rollback should not use their additional power to revert non-vandal edits or as part of an edit war". This isn't the first time something like this has happened involving you. I decided to let these edits (one, two, three, and four) slide, but since something similar happened again I'm bringing them up. They have the same senario as before (user didn't have Reverted format in the edit summary, you didn't reply on his/her talk page, and you used rollback in part of an edit war). So... could you please remember this thing by giving warnings on IP's\User's talk pages and not use rollback in part of an edit war? One last thing, you may point out the fact that I was involved in two edit wars (one of them on the same side as you), but please note that those both happened earlier than those I just mentioned not involving me and I've already admitted that my behaviour was wrong on them. Enigmatic Mr. L 15:11, October 10, 2009 (UTC)

umad? 1-10? Shadowcrest 13:37, October 11, 2009 (UTC)

ummm hi

You have me blocked on irc. I'd actually like to use that channel to communicate with you guys, and I hope you know I was joking around about you being "mad". It's not my fault you're sensitive, but try to understand my odd sense of humor. So... yeah, unblock please??? Paper Bowser (talk) 00:14, October 13, 2009 (UTC)

K whatever, fixed. Shadowcrest 00:34, October 13, 2009 (UTC)
Unfixed, btw. I'll unblock you in a few days/whenever I can be bothered. If you don't want to be blocked, might I suggest that you stop being a dick on irc? Perhaps I might be less inclined to block you then. Could work - no harm in trying... PenguinofDeath 23:41, October 13, 2009 (UTC)
So... trolling me should really help with whether or not "I'm a dick"? Whenever I try to talk to Warwick, you become defensive, then you start throwing outsourced personal attacks at me... and for what? Talking to someone? Not only did this just happen once, but several, several times. Just like BNK, you get upset and overreact to the slightest things, letting your emotions control what you do with your abilities. Yeah, I'm the douchebag. Paper Bowser (talk) 17:53, October 17, 2009 (UTC)
Errr... whenever you talk to Warwick you tend to shout abuse at her, so, yeah, I become defensive of other users in a channel I'm an op in when you try to abuse them. :O Bizarre, I know. I "throw outsourced personal attacks" at you? Like what? And when? When did I troll you? Did I call you a douchebag? No. To be perfectly honest, did I even call you a dick? No, I said that you can be a dick. Please don't "quote" me on stuff unless I actually said it. Given that you've personally attacked other people on IRC, I think I was entirely justified in banning you. I do on occasion get upset and overreact, but not over "the slightest things", and I certainly don't let my emotions control what I do with my abilities. You seem to have a problem with me at the moment. If it's just because of what happened on IRC, that's not my problem, that's yours - just stop doing stuff that makes me want to kick or ban you, and I won't. PenguinofDeath 18:39, October 17, 2009 (UTC)
Bullet time!
  • "Errr... whenever you talk to Warwick you tend to shout abuse at her, so, yeah, I become defensive of other users in a channel I'm an op in when you try to abuse them. :O Bizarre, I know."
  • Not really... you have some sort of complex where you seem to think you know what is happening, even if nothing is, and you get upset...you also tend to hop into conversations that have remotely nothing to do with you... and you get upset. Warwick and I are, at best to describe the relationship, "alright". :O Bizarre, I know.
  • "I "throw outsourced personal attacks" at you? Like what? And when? When did I troll you? Did I call you a douchebag? No. To be perfectly honest, did I even call you a dick? No, I said that you can be a dick. Please don't "quote" me on stuff unless I actually said it."
  • Maybe I quote you on stuff that you actually say... because you actually say it? "Try not to be a dick [insert douchebag sarcasm here]" =/= "LOL SRY YOUR A DICK I DIDNT CALL YOU ONE [INSERT DOUCHEBAG SARCASM HERE]"... so umm... yeah, no. When we ARE on IRC, I try to AVOID talking to you because you're extremely sensitive to nearly everything I say. You're giving me permission to "be a dick"? No thanks?
  • "Given that you've personally attacked other people on IRC, I think I was entirely justified in banning you."
  • Slander. You don't have any proof to back up these ridiculous claims about people, and to my knowledge, you just use IRC as a dumping ground for whatever you have to say in correspondence to your ill moods, but maybe that's just when I'm around. You banned me because you got upset, not because I "personally attacked anyone".
  • "I do on occasion get upset and overreact, but not over "the slightest things", and I certainly don't let my emotions control what I do with my abilities."
  • Not just "the slightest things", but "the every things".
  • "You seem to have a problem with me at the moment. If it's just because of what happened on IRC, that's not my problem, that's yours - just stop doing stuff that makes me want to kick or ban you, and I won't."
  • It's not your problem that you're upset at me for engaging in discussion with your alleged "girlfriend"? Again, you only banned me because you were angry at something I said to you that was no where NEAR a personal attack, but a harmless joke...
Try a little harder, bro. Paper Bowser (talk) 19:06, October 17, 2009 (UTC)
I was considering writing a massive WoT but I decided against it, because either you're going to get it or you won't.
@ PB, stop trolling. Or, if you're actually being serious, cut out the emotionally-based claims that are mostly wild and in some cases flat-out untrue. For reference, I reinstated the block, not PoD- that should eliminate all your qualms about validity.
@ PoD... back off & cool down a bit. I agree with you in terms of subject matter, but tone it down some.
If you really don't understand what I'm saying here, you can contact me privately here, but it should be pretty obvious. Shadowcrest 19:07, October 21, 2009 (UTC)
Sorry about the troll-esque responses towards PoD, Salad, I don't want either of you hating me over something as small as how much Warwick likes me/you. Hopefully, Penguin, we can restart our nonhomosexual relationship as friends, not bickering trolls under bridges? Paper Bowser (talk) 05:04, October 25, 2009 (UTC)

Question

What can I do to prove to you that I am not the same person as Tuth and MaxPain90?--Ba-Boom headshot!!! Want Some?! 01:23, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

You were the one that most surprised me, and I actually doubt that you are the same person as Railizardz - as such, given that you haven't been blocked, you could keep editing if you want to. I would ask that you don't let others use your account, because if you start behaving like Railizardz we will have no choice but to block you, which would be a shame. PenguinofDeath 19:47, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

Quick question

Sorry that I'm asking this here, but my Firefox is "dead" and I can't use the IRC channel. I think we can unanimously agree that "Forum:Need acquire help Brawl" is relatively pointless... deletion? RAN1domchupunch!!99 18:40, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

Checkuser

Hi PenguinofDeath. I asked Uberfuzzy for another opinion on that checkuser (as Tuth claims they are editing from the same lab). In Uber's opinion, looking at the other IPs used by the various accounts, it's possible he is telling the truth. It may be that they are editing from the lab, and then from various personal IPs at other times. As I said to you on IRC, it's never possible to know for sure either way, but I wanted to make sure you got Uber's opinion on this case. It's still up to you and the other local admins whether to keep the block or not though :) -- sannse<staff /> (talk) 22:30, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

Bad deletion.

Sorry for my deletion of Piplup! I was deleting a list of page titles that were used to spam over many wikis, and somehow that one got on my list. I've very sorry for the mistake. -- sannse<staff /> (talk) 18:41, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

"Emoticonology"?

Ha! I was actually a bit worried when you deleted PKFUZZYPICKLES's stuff in the sandbox, cuz I figured my batch-o'-nonsense would be deleted...but you ADDED to it! Though reworded a little much...thnx for that! BUT WH3R3 I$ TEH ~+_+~ chill-laxing face O_o??? But again thanks, I owe ya one! For those who want to learn more about the updated faces guide click here! HavocReaper48 PWND. >:D!!!!01:13, October 31, 2009 (UTC)

Emoticonology - the study of emoticons. :D And I'm not quite sure why I missed out ~+_+~ - I probably just forgot about it, as it's not one I come across much. I only got rid of PKFuzzypickles' stuff because it was really weird, and I got rid of the rest because it was old - there wasn't a real need to get rid of "The Faces Of Evil?", and it makes the page a source of useful information, which is quite rare for a Sandbox. PenguinofDeath 01:31, October 31, 2009 (UTC)
I made the ~+_+~ myself. Lol, I'll add it in there myself ( and I'll make it all wordy, don't worry ). Ha, and that page was just me when I'm bored and feeling like :P-ing around. Oh, and look at this- >8D and >8( ?HavocReaper48 PWND. >:D!!!!01:58, October 31, 2009 (UTC)
Oh, and considering the page is on the Sandbox, shouldn't we move it to a project page? (I wanted to make the page myself and add a little backstory, though I wanted your OK first, since you've helped it so much. Also new face- X_X ?) HavocReaper48 PWND. >:D!!!!16:04, October 31, 2009 (UTC)
It definitely shouldn't be a project page (as it has nothing to do with how this wiki is run) or any sort of separate page at all, really (as it has nothing to do with the Super Smash Bros. series of games). It's fine to keep it in the Sandbox and add to it every now and then, but don't make it a project that you put all your effort into. PenguinofDeath 17:08, October 31, 2009 (UTC)
No, I meant something along the lines of User:HavocReaper48/Emoticonology ? It says project page at the top for some reason... I dunno why that happens with the User:(name)/(page). Of course it doesn't involve wikia... HavocReaper48 (talk) 19:36, October 31, 2009 (UTC)
Sorry, misunderstood you there... Yeah, if you want to create it as a user subpage, that's fine. :) PenguinofDeath 20:10, October 31, 2009 (UTC)
Excellent, just made it. Just some copy-and-paste action and a few words here and there... and here it is!. Couldn't risk losing that big source of info. You were right btw- it was a Special page, not a project page. =_= HavocReaper48 PWND. >:D!!!!02:09, November 1, 2009 (UTC)

Firstly, please don't remove other users' comments from a talk page, and sign your comments by placing nothing more than ~~~~ at the end of each comment. About your questions, I wasn't ignoring you, I've just been busy, and how exactly have I punished you for asking a question? Anyways, I don't know how I can help with the Smasher:The Viper article, as I don't know much about you. Out of interest, are you notable according to the definition on SmashWiki:Notability? And to link to another wiki, just use an external link, which is [address name] where "address" is the address of the page you want to link to, and "name" is what you want that link to appear as on the page. PenguinofDeath 15:33, November 6, 2009 (UTC)

Yes. But there so much stuff that needs to be added, notability is me, some know me by my former allais, and the list of tournaments I have gone to has grown and dont know if they should be even posted.

SmashWiki is an encyclopedia. It is not the place for fan fiction - no matter how good yours may be, any articles you create on it will be deleted. PenguinofDeath 12:08, January 3, 2010 (UTC)
Not only is this an encyclopedia, but you don't have an account, so you can't do a user blog (which some people don't like/appreciate anyway). There are way better websites for fanfiction; try fanfiction.net. Toomai Glittershine Toomai.png eXemplary Logic 14:42, January 3, 2010 (UTC)

Second of all: I do have an account. My username is StarFalco22.

Removing comments from pages

So if the above is not allowed on one's own talk based on my observations here, I have a few questions for you.

  1. Could you please point me to a policy that says removing comments from one's own talk page isn't allowed? I searched and got next to nothing.
  2. This contradicts what you and the IP said. I'm aware that it's a proposed policy, but I still think it should be taken into consideration.
  3. Why weren't these edits reverted?
  4. You yourself have removed (technically deleted, but close enough) comments

here and here. Granted, warning an IP for obvious spam is unnecessary, but PAs are unnecessary too. Are you suggesting that bad edits in good faith get deleted/removed but trolling and PAs get kept?

  1. You're probably going to ignore this question, but here goes: If you permanetly protected Gargomon251's talk page (the key word is permanet, of course) would you really be "Counter-productive edit warring" or would you be "locking a page on a version you prefer in an editing dispute that isn't vandalism"?

That is all. Enigmatic Mr. L 00:35, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

  1. I believe it is one of Wikia's policies as a whole
  2. That refers to only your comments on other people's talk pages.
  3. Blanking a page is different from altering a comment.
  4. Completly different.
  5. Yes, it is counter-productive edit warring. Are you suggesting that PoD is abusing his power?
There is my response. 98.117.158.220 00:43, January 11, 2010 (UTC)
I don't understand your opening line, nor do I understand your fourth point. The first IP created the Boba Fett article, and the second created one of the Russian advert articles - PA's were not involved at any stage of the process... Also, I highly doubt that the Boba Fett article was created in good faith.
  1. That's been an unwritten rule on SmashWiki for ages now, and you know that as well as I do.
  2. Not a policy, and I would be surprised if it became policy without that line being changed first.
  3. I dunno, but they should have been...
  4. Those talk pages were as deserving of deletion as the pages those IPs created - they were utterly pointless, especially seeing as at least one of them was the talk page of a proxy IP (the one that created the Russian advert).
  5. um... "Permanet" and "permanetly" aren't words, so I don't really see how "permanet" can be "the key word"... Anyways, does the protection really matter? No. You shouldn't be editing archives anyway. And you're allowed to protect pages if you're in an edit war with another user if the other user is vandalizing the page, which, imo, Gargomon251 was.

The only real purpose for em was to show my gratitude about you know who. So um.. Thanks again guys, and hope I am doing this right. Admiral Pit (talk) 03:23, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

What can administrators not do?

Administrators should not use their administrator powers to settle editing disputes; for example, to lock a page on a version he or she prefers in an editing dispute that isn't vandalism. Administrator powers should be used to help keep the wiki clear of vandalism, spam, and users who make malicious edits, but not for simple disagreements between users acting in good faith. Ideally an admin shouldn't be considered "in charge". The ideal admin is just someone who is trusted to have a few extra buttons and to use them for the benefit of the Wikia community. -Gargomon251 (talk) 01:59, January 12, 2010 (UTC)

Admins are allowed to use their powers to settle a dispute if it's vandalism, which includes removing content from your talk page. Yes, Zixor was acting immaturely, but that doesn't give you the right to mess with his comments. If I were to place a comment on your page saying that I disagree with one of your edits, and you change it to say that I agree, how is that allowed? Only I would be allowed to change those comments. I can't believe you would go on PoD's talk page and straight out accuse him of abusing his powers, a VERY serious accusation, when PoD is one of the fairest and most patient admins I have ever seen. 98.117.158.220 02:53, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
I'd like to put in my own input on this (also in response to PoD's comment two sections above). Despite the fact that "no removing content from your talk page" is an unspoken rule, it isn't a policy no matter what the interpretation. On Wikitroid, though it is not recommended that you remove comments from your talk page, the admins won't resort to protection to keep a comment in full form. Additionally, since there was no such policy or guideline, PoD protected it to a form that he wanted, which (technically) is an "abuse of powers," albeit a very light abuse. Referencing your comment about "how is changing 'disagree' to 'agree' allowed," that is changing the entire meaning of the comment, which could be considered as impersonation (which one can be blocked for). Abridging the comments is not the same, however, since it does not change the central meaning of the comment. Though PoD may suggest that Gargomon should not remove the comment, he shouldn't forcefully archive and protect Gargomon's talk page to enforce that. RAN1 03:21, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
Following what RAN said about the mentioned unwritten rule, I looked around and wrote this up. Toomai Glittershine Toomai.png The Table Designer 03:34, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
Apparently you guys do not know how serious that accusation is. Admins have been permabanned for that behavior (see here: [1]). Unless you feel PoD should suffer the same fate, please stop. 98.117.158.220 03:58, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
Also, I believe it mentions something of this sort in the page about how to respond to PAs. See here. Can someone please archive this disscusion as I believe I have settled it. 98.117.158.220 04:04, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
IP, KirbyFan was blocked due to trolling and major abuse of powers (such as removing admin status from a user who annoyed him). That is very different compared to this case, and I don't believe PoD should be banned at all. Also, the SW:NPA page does not document a clear difference between PAs in user talk pages and those in the mainspace talk pages. It does need to be discussed, hence the link to the SW:USER talk page above. RAN1 04:28, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
Read the link I gave. It explicitly says that you must talk to an admin before removing comments. 98.117.158.220 04:30, 12 January 2010 (UTC)
It says "For text elsewhere," elsewhere referring to talk pages outside of the userspace. There is no exact written rule for talk pages, which is exactly why Toomai posted this link here: SmashWiki talk:User pages#The comment-removing impasse. It's a link to a discussion page for removal of talk page comments. RAN1 23:51, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
If it was an abuse of powers, it was the most minor abuse imaginable. I prevented someone from removing part of another user's comment on their talk page - I must be evil, and should be destroyed. The community decided to give me Administrator powers because it was felt that I would be fair and not abuse the tools - if you feel that I am in fact not to be trusted with the powers, lobby for my demotion. I think you will find that, when it comes to believing that I am an unfair Administrator, you are in a minority. PenguinofDeath 09:47, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
Wasn't it discussed above that it was a minor abuse? This seems rather extraneous and unnecessary, given the line of discussion above. RAN1 23:51, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
Some people don't seem to have quite grasped that concept yet... This is being discussed as if it really matters, when it simply does not. My reply was out of the line of discussion because it was not a reply to any individual user - rather, it was a reply to everyone involved in the discussion. PenguinofDeath 09:19, January 13, 2010 (UTC)
Um, hence the argument here? I doubt anything as unimportant as you say can end up as long as that, so that isn't true. And as for the "minor abuse," we moved on from that argument. I also feel as if that entire comment was a tad disruptive given the pointlessness. RAN1 02:23, January 14, 2010 (UTC)
Please read what I said - you clearly didn't the first time, as you responded to points I simply did not make. I didn't describe it as "a minor abuse", but as "the most minor abuse imaginable" - an abuse so utterly insignificant I don't understand why there are now two sections on my talk page about it... A minor abuse is still worth discussing, but this is not. Also, I said that this discussion was pointless, not this one. My comment wasn't disruptive or pointless - it was a reply to everyone claiming that I was abusing my powers, and, given that I hadn't actually commented in this section until then, and this discussion is all about me, I felt I ought to comment on it. PenguinofDeath 10:20, January 14, 2010 (UTC)
It isn't "the most minor abuse imaginable." To the contrary, protection of a page to a version that you want is abuse of protection powers, which is in no way as minor as rollbacking abuse. That abuse of those powers is not as utterly insignificant as you assume. There's a pretty good reason why there are two sections on your page, and it's very obvious given that this abuse of powers is actually in its own right very significant; it is not up to the admins to decide whether or not they should force-archive and protect it in order to prevent any move reversions. This comment is very much related to that other one, which is why I said that given how important that argument is, this discussion is too. I said it was pointless because it proved almost nothing, given how most of your comment was wrong. Like I said before, it's rather pointless indeed. RAN1 20:27, January 14, 2010 (UTC)
Again, do not accuse PoD of abusing his powers unless actually want him to be banned. 98.117.158.220 00:59, January 15, 2010 (UTC)
Well he kinda did, albeit it was the "most minor abuse imaginable." Does he deserve to be banned? Of course not. Hell, if he hadn't have protected it, that edit war would still be going! Although forcing the archive was a bit much, he did the right thing by stopping the edit war to allow for discussion. Cheezperson {talk}stuff 04:20, January 15, 2010 (UTC)
Exactly, he didn't abuse, he did exactly what he should have done. 98.117.158.220 04:22, January 15, 2010 (UTC)
Actually, Cheezperson, the archive was entirely necessary - if I hadn't, then Gargomon251 wouldn't have a functional talk page, as the only people would could edit it would be Admins. This way, he gets to keep his talk page, and the comment is protected. If I had just protected the page, and not archived it, that would have been a bit much. PenguinofDeath 09:27, January 15, 2010 (UTC)
Oh yeah, forgot about that. Cheezperson {talk}stuff 23:29, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks

Well, PoD had pretty much helped me against Woody72691, who has done nothing more than troll my page, and I think even deleted the long comment I made towards him on "My Talk" a few weeks ago. I appreciate all that PoD has done to help me out, along with the others that helped, too. I apologize if it was any trouble. If there was a way to block the woody guy from editing my page, and if I learned how, I would be willing to do it, and hopefully it should help with the majority of the problems. Once again, I thank PoD and the rest that have helped me, and I really appreciate the help. Admiral Pit (talk) 12:03, January 12, 2010 (UTC)

Deal

I promise not to edit SmashWiki again...--96.37.66.43 16:26, January 16, 2010 (UTC)

Not that I'm complaining or anything - far from it - but, if you don't mind me asking, why the sudden change of heart? PenguinofDeath 16:31, January 16, 2010 (UTC)
Long ago (I think: Last year), The user named MarioGalaxy have the brawl with the deal to stop editing this wiki. And I lost, he told me not to edit again! So, this year for MarioGalaxy, I will never EVER edit here again!--96.37.66.43 16:34, January 16, 2010 (UTC)
The character page vandal?1 MG's friend? He's finally gone? We should celebrate! 98.117.158.220 20:54, January 16, 2010 (UTC)

Ok,Thanks...

Hey PoD,I officially completed my profile. I made a very small article on my user page. I was wondering if you could look at it for me. P.S. Im sorry for getting obtuse earlier, if I had your status I would of done the same thing! 8) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.101.8.65 (talkcontribs) 23:38, 19 January 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for my warning

Yeah I probably would have kept spamming Pichu 'til I was banned, so thanks for the warning. I start to overreact less. (Ninoaguila (talk) 06:07, January 28, 2010 (UTC))

Re:

So it's fine to create a signature like you did, right? ~The (Second) Overmind

Nevermind. ~The (Second) Overmind 00:48, 6 February 2010 (UTC)

Please read SmashWiki:Sign your comments. Custom signatures should contain all or most of your username, and yours makes no mention of your username at all... The policy covers everything you need to know about signatures, and then some, to be honest. Also, on SmashWiki, it's customary to reply to a message left on your talk page directly below that comment, not on the other user's talk page - this is to prevent conversations from becoming fragmented. PenguinofDeath 01:10, February 6, 2010 (UTC)
Alright then (Other wikis don't have this policy, and also, since I already posted on your talk page, I might as well). ~Hyper Zergling 01:14, 6 February 2010
When you sign comments, are you signing with ~~~ or ~~~~? ~~~ just puts your signature in, with no timestamp, but ~~~~ puts both in. The timestamp is required, so please make sure to use ~~~~. If you're already using ~~~~, then there's something wrong with your signature... PenguinofDeath 11:06, February 7, 2010 (UTC)

Hey, when I upload an image, and I took it, what would I license it under? ~Hyper Zergling 02:31, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
