Smash Arena votes[edit]

Hi, when voting on Smash Arena, you don't need a long-winded and full explanation of why you vote on something. Such votes take up way more space than a vote should, and unnecessarily inflate the size of a page that already routinely hovers around and exceeds the 32K byte threshold.

I'll also remind you that SmashWiki is not just Smash Arena. I've looked through your contributions, and I see you made a total of 7 constructive edits, which is less than a third of your Smash Arena edits, with your last constructive edit being made over four months ago. Continue excessive focus on Smash Arena, and you will risk being put on probation. Omega Tyrant TyranitarMS.png 21:56, 19 October 2012 (EDT)

Using Show Preview[edit]

Hello, Fenyx4, I see that you have made several consecutive edits to the same page. I want to point out the Show Preview button. It's right next to the Save Page button when you edit. You should use it whenever you are making a lot of experimental edits, for example when you are trying to get formatting right. Using the Show Preview button is quicker and easier than saving and clicking "edit" again, and will keep Recent Changes and page histories from being flooded. On-screen appearances[edit]

The link, that I gave, I did not know how to put it in a reference list. You know how to do it? If you cannot tell me, okay! I'm not going to get mad.

I read this comment after I had labeled the link on that page... As for references, judging from the current revision of the On-screen appearances page, it seems that you need to link to the "Reflist" template near the bottom of the page, and put "ref"(desired link)"/ref" for each link that you want to be in the Reference List. I'm not sure how to demonstrate the formatting to you on this page while keeping it nullified for display purposes...
Well, to get an idea for the required formatting for references, examine the area after this sentence in the "On-screen appearance" article's current revision: In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, when a battle starts, the screen will occasionally focus on the player's own on-screen appearance for the entire duration of the countdown, rather than moving between each computer-controlled character as they appear or showing the entire screen.
After that, look near the bottom of the page where it says "Reflist" and "References". I hope this statement helps!
In any case, your YouTube link looked like it would serve best as a "compilation link" instead of being restricted to a specific reference, so I just put it in an "External links" section on the same page, which should be sufficient, although other users might have some input. Thanks for your contribution! Fenyx4 (talk) 18:10, 22 September 2014 (EDT)

Probation[edit]

You should have spoken up about it a long time ago, but anyway, it has been removed. Omega Tyrant TyranitarMS.png 15:14, 18 November 2015 (EST)

Thank you very much for the probation removal (the one that stemmed from Smash Arena, I presume); I didn't realize that my name had been on that list all this time, and I guess that I forgot about it after a while.. Fenyx4 (talk) 20:34, 18 November 2015 (EST)
