Canada Cup 2016 was the seventh tournament of the Canada Cup series, an annual fighting game tournament held in Toronto, Ontario, organized by Canada Cup Gaming. It was a Super Smash Bros. Melee national and a Super Smash Bros. for Wii U regional and featured singles and doubles events for both games. Lap Chi Duong, one of the organizers, provided donations for Hungrybox and Armada to attend.
