Why is it Lucas???[edit]

It may be Ness' also, in Lucas page there is a sentence wich says Lucas might surpass Ness , that means Ness will be at Brawl but his official page hasn't been made.Like Metaknight's and Snake's (before)Zinnamon 14:01, October 15, 2007 (EDT)

That isn't enough confirmation of Ness, though. Don't get me wrong, I think he will be in, but let's wait a bit and see. Besides, Ness isn't in Mother 3. This is a location that is only found there, and by Lucas. Now, if it were some Earthbound location(like Onett, Fourside, etc.)... (Mario66 17:50, October 16, 2007 (EDT))
yeah, what Mario66 said. we know it's an Earthbound stage, we know Lucas is confirmed. that's really all we can put without speculating, even though we know Ness is from the game series as well. FyreNWater - (TalkContributions ) 17:09, October 15, 2007 (EDT)
That "Can he surpass even Ness?" quote comes from a scene in Mother 3, so it neither helps nor hurts Ness' chances of being in Brawl. Don't make a Ness speculation in Brawl page, because there have been no clarified rumors of him being in, unlike Shiek, Ganondorf, and Luigi. Excuse me? But WHERE in Mother 3 was that quote from? Ness and co. are only mentioned at the final chapter, and even then it wasn't verbal, as far as I recall. (Mario66 22:43, October 24, 2007 (EDT))

Spoilers[edit]

The sentence explaining New Pork City's place in MOTHER 3 is a spoiler for those who haven't played the game or read a plot summary online. Should I shorten it? Tinlion 08:58, November 8, 2007 (EST)

"Location"[edit]

If it's supposed to be the game of origin as listed on the stage select screen, that's technically "EarthBound" (likely referring to the series instead of the specific game). Miles (talk) 15:45, 13 November 2010 (EST)

Well, the game of origin is Mother 3. But the stage select is kinda inconsistent when it is either mentioning a specific game or it's series. For example, it mentions all the Kirby, Star Fox, and Pokemon stages as the series, but the Mario stages list them with specific game origins (excluding Mario Circuit). Plus, I think they made New Pork City say EarthBound because most people wouldn't know what Mother 3 is and are probably more familiar with EarthBound. The breakable platform when looked at from above has a building on it, do you mean a PICTURE of a building or something?>:D Lucas-IV-PK LoveLucas alive.PNG 12:44, 23 July 2011 (EDT)

Ultimate Chimera[edit]

Can we just give it its own page so as to free up this article for talking about, you know, the stage? Miles (talk) 23:41, 30 July 2011 (EDT)

No, the Ultimate Chimera is a part of the stage, and the section on there does not interfere with additional information about the stage being included. Omega Tyrant TyranitarMS.png 23:46, 30 July 2011 (EDT)

Tweaks to tournament play section[edit]

@OT: "And then there's" is highly informal style, which could stand to be revised. Also, the spelling used consistently is "Chimera", not "Chimaera". Miles (talk) 11:59, 3 October 2012 (EDT)

Then fix it without multiple uses of "additionally". "Chimaera" is an unnoticed typo. Omega Tyrant TyranitarMS.png 12:50, 3 October 2012 (EDT)

Ultimate Chimera round 2[edit]

Now that it's a Smash Tour element and Wii U trophy, is there any opposition to splitting the Ultimate Chimera off into its own page? Miles (talk) 13:21, 14 December 2014 (EST)

No oppositon at all. The Flying Men have a page, and they're on the same level of importance as the Ultimate Chimera, appearing as both hazards and a Smash Tour element. TepigSprite.pngTepig (talk) 13:31, 14 December 2014 (EST)
