Not Chris is a Project+ Ness player from Chicago, Illinois. Debuting during the online metagame, he became known for being one of the strongest Project+ players from Illinois despite his relatively low activity compared to other players in his region. He is best known for his performances in 2025, where he placed top 8 at several sizeable events, including winning Outrivaled: Max's Birthday Bash and Get Outplayed 8, placing 3rd at Big Ohio Tournament, and placing 4th at Deep Space Tussle, marking the highest major placement from a Ness player in Project+ outside of Ryzuul.
