Arbiter is a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate commentator from Los Angeles, California, who currently resides in Seattle, Washington. He began his career by streaming Ultimate viewer battles on Twitch. As a result was invited to the Smash Crew Discord where he began streaming and solo commentating over 100 Wi-Fi crew battles for the SCS on his Twitch channel. He gained a small following doing crew battle streams, but was later raided by Dark Wizzy and grew his audience and notability.

In 2021, he gradually started commentating for Wi-Fi events such as Super Smash Galaxy 2 and The Coin Box series. Following the return of offline competitive play, Arbiter started commentating at regionals such as Pinnacle 2021 and Back in Blood 3, and majors such as Port Priority 6, LVL UP EXPO 2022, and Glitch - Infinite. He is known for high-energy commentary at a level that stands out from other professional commentators, being called "One of the greatest commentators Smash has ever seen." by Hungrybox.[1]

In both Smash 4 and Ultimate, Arbiter is a Link main.

On April 16th, 2021, Arbiter was officially announced to be sponsored with Global Breakout as a commentator and content creator.
