Start Wario out where he is in the picture. Make sure you have enough distance between one of the solid ramps in the picture (you'll have to drive a bit slower for the middle ramp) to use the Wario bike, and a wheelie, before reaching the platform. Now, while on the ground, use Wario's bike, and go down the hill, while performing a wheelie. When you reach the solid platform, the bike's TOP tire should be overlapping (inside) the platform. Keep holding that wheelie. If performed correctly, Wario should teleport from the "hill" going down, and suddenly appear on the solid platform above, even though the platform is solid, and Wario was underneath the platform when it happened. Also, if you do a "semi wheelie" (where you carefully press up so that Wario's bike isn't tilted as far as it can go) Wario will seem to "float" up to the platform while moving forward.

How to set up the level for this glitch
