Kanto 2015 was a national Smash 64 tournament held in the Chuo ward of Tokyo, Japan by Takuro, the top Jigglypuff main in Japan. There were 103 entrants and it was streamed on Nico Nico. There were also a few out of country players who showed up including SuperBoomFan, Mariguas, and Karajan. wario, the top Pikachu in Japan won the tournament, being his second national in a row. Due to Japanese customs/rules, there was no prize fund. The tournament held pools followed by a single elimination bracket.
