Jigglypuff

A couple of changes to it that I'd like someone with 1.0.7 to confirm.

  • Nerf All throws: 11% → 10%
  • Buff Rest damage (flower): 35% → 37%

Evidently I have "insufficient privileges" to post on the corresponding SmashBoards thread, so for the time being I suppose I will say it here. I don't think that you can tech Flame Choke anymore. Can someone verify this? Nymbare and his talk 15:38, 15 June 2015 (EDT)

Making this more readable/understandable

I think the practical effects of the changes should be listed, with the technical changes listed in a collapsible table, especially if the wiki is going to try listing changes as buffs and nerfs. The page as is is hard to follow, and I don't think Smash players not familiar with what all this Smash data means will understand how characters were actually changed.
