Philly Billy is a Pikachu player from New York City. He is a member and close friends with the crew Deadly Alliance. Most people in New York City know him as "Ron".
At one time he is one of the more noteworthy Pikachu mains in the area. Unlike most Pikachu mains, one of his favored matchups is against Marth.
