TimingEdit

If used at an edge, the opponent is pushed 2.5 units up and away when thrown, preventing certain characters from getting stage spiked underneath.

While the hitbox comes out on frame 26, it usually does not hit the opponent until frame 27, due to starting higher than their position during the throw.
