Triple jump glitch is a glitch that makes the character get the landing lag of their special move the makes them helpless. When a character affected by the glitch grabs the ledge after using a special move that put into helpless, the next time they land on the ground they will get the landing lag. To reduce the landing lag, it's best to use an aerial with least landing lag of all and that it has less landing lag than the the helpless landing lag.
