Overview

Incineroar roars before leaping into the air, coming back down at an angle with its arms crossed and covered in fire. The move appears to keep going until it hits the ground, making self-destructs likely near edges. However, it is pretty strong, and doesn't leave Incineroar helpless. It can also be reversed, and prevent certain self-destructs.

Origin

Cross Chop in Pokemon Sun and Moon.

Cross Chop is a Fighting-type move introduced in Pokemon Gold and Silver. It has 100 base power, and has a higher chance of dealing a critical hit. Incineroar naturally learns this move at level 66.

Trivia
