So, uh...

We need to set concrete standards in what is considered "participating in SmashWiki." There's no question that people like Toomai or Omega Tyrant participate in SmashWiki. But what about people who have SmashWiki accounts, but have made a few edits, such as Rickety or Slhoka, or even Mew2king? Should we have something like "more than 100 edits"?
