flat-gaming (FTG) is a Japanese esports organization based in Tokyo owned by YouTuber and TCG store owner flat-. The team was created on March 24th, 2022, with the signing of acola.

The team's goal is to support up-and-coming Super Smash. Bros Ultimate talent, particularly those with high rating on Smashmate, by helping them enter more offline tournaments.
