HTC Throwdown, is an ongoing national Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament held in San Francisco, California on September 19th, 2015, at the Folsom Street Foundry, the same venue used for the Get Smashed at the Foundry series of weekly tournaments. It is the largest one-day Smash tournament of all time. It is hosted by Showdown Smash and HTC eSports, and livestreamed on their respective channels on Twitch. HTC provided over $12,000 in pot bonuses, with $10,000 going to singles and $2000 to doubles. The tournament was the worst performance for Mango, who placed 17th after being eliminated by MacD, since he got 25th at Apex 2010 while sandbagging with Mario as his Scorpion Master alter ego.

- This was, by far, the most successful tournament of DruggedFox's career. He beat Mango 2-1, SFAT 3-2, Colbol 3-2, and was eliminated in Losers Semis by Silent Wolf 2-3.
