The Grind is a Maryland weekly tournament series held by Just Tryna Smash. They currently offer Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, while having previously hosted Super Smash Bros. 4 and Super Smash Bros. Melee. Originally held at the Racer's Cafe in Parkville, the series moved to Xanadu Games at Laurel Park upon the opening of the venue in March of 2018.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the series transitioned to online tournaments beginning with The Grind 118 on March 27th, 2020, before coming to a complete halt after The Grind 140 on August 28th, 2020. It resumed with physical tournaments when Xanadu reopened, with The Grind 141 on June 11th, 2021.
