Smashboards & AllisBrawl

On Smashboards, t1mmy compiled and published The Competitive Kirby - a guide for playing Kirby in Melee. This was one of his earliest direct contributions to the SmashBoards community. His next publication Kirby & The Amazing Guide was a guide written for playing Kirby in Brawl published both on AllisBrawl and Smashboards. Upon the release of Super Smash Bros. for 3DS (JPN), t1mmy released another guide and has maintained it through the Wii U launch Kirby's Epic Guide.

Tournament Organizer History

With help from his brother, t1mmy has been running tournaments in Oregon since about 2005 with Melee. Size of tournaments range from weekly local sized events to larger Regionals. The largest state tournaments to date include SF:E 2007 and the Oregon Mega Games (OMG).

t1mmy and t0mmy are currently running and participating in weekly tournaments in Oregon's premiere gaming lounge: Shoryuken League. Larger events are held throughout the year.

Notable tournament placings

Notable accomplishments include 2nd place at the E4All Play n' Trade Melee Tournament (October 18-21, 2007). The brackets included some of the finest Melee players of the time and region including Isai, King, and Zelgadis (Mango was also in attendance, but this was right before he broke into the scene as a top player).

During the official Nintendo "Brawl Pre-Release" event held Feb. 23, 2008 in San Fransisco, t1mmy competed in a 250-man bracket and made it into the top 8 finishers with Kirby.

Since Brawl's release, t1mmy has traveled across the country with his twin attending Smash tournaments. He is considered one of the top smashers in the North West and 'mains' all three Kirby characters, though he is best known for his Kirby.
