It seems this was canned by someone at some point - but this is being reopened. It seems Brawl Central is a more apt name for this page, after conversation with Rocky, an ex-staff member. Should be open-and-shut, but since there is this weirdness with page names, I'm putting in a move proposal to make sure we're on the same page. :I canned it when going through stagnant proposals last year, with this information it has my approval to be moved.
