Users may be busy with a variety of things, and maintaining a social relationship online with any user would not necessarily be of the top priorities at the time you requested them to join the IRC. I'm still in decision if I should return or not. I honestly have nothing to contribute for now. However I do feel a need to come back, along with the fact that many things have changed during my hiatus. Plus I've been super busy lately what with school, my manga and an upcoming vacation to Ireland, Scotland, England, London and most importantly TOKYO! However I've began to draw the avatars of some users here, which I'm planning to upload on here someday (I'm currently on ToastUltimatum), so maybe that will become something of significance here.Drakon64
