About unacceptable usernames

I don't think having an extra (and far more active) bureaucrat wouldn't hurt, especially someone as experienced as you. Toomai being the only bureaucrat that's even semi-active, and even then Toomai isn't on often. Don't get me started on Porplemontage. It varies; I would expect them to have been updated on sites like The Spriters Resource by now, like Random Talking Bush had been doing on the Wii U side of things. Changes to shield mechanics

Generally, I don't have a strong preference between covering such changes on individual character pages if their metagame is affected drastically versus covering it on the 1.1.1 changelog page. What I will say is that I think many users would benefit from reading this guide I made about how to discuss changes to a character neutrally and encyclopedically.
