No. I never owned Melee. A friend borrowed me it. But I have another friend whose Wii is working perfectly, so we can play at his place if mine keeps on displaying errors. And we'll play some Melee matches too, when that friend who owns Melee comes to my place. Smash Bros. is not as popular here in Portugal as it is in the USA. In fact, tournaments here are as rare as chickens with teeth. There are, however, some online tourneys but since I don't have a wireless internet connection, I can't enter those tournaments. But my friends and I make friendly matches almost every Sunday. And as you might be aware of, the meta game here is less developed than in the US. If you compare a match between two Portuguese players and two American players you'll see the difference. But this doesn't mean we don't know how to play. :P But it would be cool if they were more offline tournaments here. Oh and I think the problem is not the Brawl disc, but the Wii. Maybe I should send it to repair, but there is no Nintendo of Portugal, so all Nintendo stuff is distributed by another company. Then they'll send it to Nintendo of Spain, so the repair will probably take one month. Oh well, it's confusing here. Never played Halo and none of the XBox games (not because I didn't want, but because I never had a chance to play), but I liked some games for PS/PS2, such as Crash Bandicoot, Metal Gear Solid (that's why Snake is one of my mains :D), GTA Vice City, Tekken, etc. But I like Nintendo games the most. The series such as Mario, Star Fox and Zelda are just epic and I've been playing them since my childhood. Btw the very first game I played was Super Mario Bros. 3 for the NES. Tell me about it. I also was going to play a prank on my friend that had Brawl. I don't have an SWF account, so I don't know if they're active there, but... How come no smasher in Connecticut has been recently active? I mean, I know there's a snowball's chance in hell for tournaments in CT, but I haven't heard any recently playing (some even still play Melee) in any way whatsoever. And I live in CT! I'm one of the few to have moved on to Brawl! Plus, we don't even have Connecticut Power Rankings (a lot of the smashers' pages say that they're ranked), and if we do, it probably hasn't been updated in a while. Some student in my grade messed with a few articles for people we're researching for a history project (I hate history). It shows all of us under the same IP (as in we all use the same one, not that it actually shows us; heh). Charitwo (what are the chances of that?) sends me a message on Wikipedia (while I'm using the IP), warning me to stop vandalizing. I tell him it's me, then I explain.
