Lucario[edit]

The Pokémon Company has stated that all Pokémon get referred to with gender-neutral pronouns, except in cases like Pikachu Libre and Spiky-eared Pichu (both of which are female). Therefore, unless you have evidence to the contrary, please refrain from changing the pronouns on Lucario’s page from “it” to “he/him”. Black Vulpine of the 🦊Furry Nation🐺. If you have evidence that Lucario should be referred to with male pronouns, please show it here now. Otherwise, please stop what you’re doing immediately. Black Vulpine of the 🦊Furry Nation🐺. Furries make the internets go! :3 18:56, June 4, 2021 (EDT)
So I did a little bit of searching, and I can only find two instances where Lucario is referred to with "he/him/his" pronouns, both of which are in Brawl: its Codec Conversation and the description for Event 25: The Aura Is With Me. All other instances I could find (including its trophies' descriptions in Brawl) always use "it" for its pronouns, so it's best to write off the two examples I gave as just inconsistencies. Policy.png Reminder: There is a policy in place that prohibits multiple reversions of the same edit. Please refrain from reverting or repeating an edit that has already been undone. Instead, bring the subject up on the article's associated talk page.

Please refrain from changing Lucario's pronouns any further, especially after they have been reverted. Pokémon characters are to be referred to as gender neutral at all times, reguardless of any evidence that disproves this. Repeatedly making the same edit to a page is edit warring, which is heavily frowned upon. Ness EB Sprite.png Omega Toad, the EarthBoundian. (Fuzzy pickles!) 19:59, June 15, 2021 (EDT)
