I'm always willing to listen to constructive criticism, so feel free to leave input here on how I'm doing on the wiki and how I can improve. I only want to improve as an admin and user.

   It's also worth adding that (Miles partially said this) you are reactive when good faith can be assumed (like the username incident), but not when it can't (like when THREE vandals attacked in just three days). Ganonmew, The Evil Clone 19:52, 21 October 2015 (EDT)

1. I haven't been here long enough to substantially know all of what you've done, so while I wish I could give you some constructive criticism, I have only positive feedback. From what I have seen, you have done a good job moving things that needed to be moved for a long time, and deleting things that needed to be deleted. • A piece of adminship advice: Only take decisive action if there is no reasonable doubt in a situation. Obvious bad faith vandals should be blocked, but if something looks like a well-intentioned but misguided attempt to help, attempt to talk it through with the user in question first. Obvious speedy-deletion candidates should be deleted, but it's okay to leave open a deletion discussion or remove a tag if something is usable or worth keeping. Essentially: use admin powers only when needed. It's something I'm still trying to iron out for myself, but I figured I should share the idea with you as well.    The comment about inactivity is entirely true, as evidenced by the fact that I did not see this for nearly four months :P. I've had a heavy workload these past couple of months, and I also am trying to help get a couple of other wikis off the ground. I should be far more active fairly soon, so that's the good news.
