Glitch?[edit]

On my side at least, it appears that Cloud's and Corrin's thumbnails appear as Lucina/Robin's and Bowser Jr.'s, respectively. Meanwhile, the wiki code itself looks correct, and the individual files themselves look as they should on their respective file pages. A simple refresh does not fix anything. What gives? That's... interesting. It's working for me. ---Preceding unsigned comment added by SANTY CLAWS! Or maybe DatNuttyKid. 10:18, 19 December 2015 (EST)
Try a hard purge. Miles (talk) 14:42, 19 December 2015 (EST)
Just tried, and it didn't work. Any other ideas? Berrenta (talk) 16:43, 19 December 2015 (EST)
Probably just a weird caching issue. I wouldn't overthink it. Miles (talk) 16:46, 19 December 2015 (EST)
Went ahead and cleared cache on this device. It worked! Glad you brought that up, Miles. Berrenta (talk) 16:54, 19 December 2015 (EST)

Reference Trivia[edit]

I noticed a lot of SSB4 fighter pages have trivia regarding the splash artwork and trailers. I think that it would be much more organized to have these trivia points, most of these being references to the characters' origin series, either in the description of these trailers or in a new Trivia section at the bottom. Some have more references than others, which is why I'm wondering, what do you guys think?

My reasoning is that the trivia on the fighter pages are on the fighter pages for that game, so they by nature must be related to how they are in the game. While them having a trailer is part of the hype and the trailers are in the Wii U version for viewing, they don't pertain as much to the fighter itself in gameplay. I'm using the same reason why certain points are relocated to the character pages as opposed to the fighter pages. Aardvarkian (TalkContributions) 17:01, 20 January 2016 (EST)

Trivia involving the trailers on this page should be incorporated into the main text of this page, and reduced or eliminated from the Character (SSB4) pages. The "Reveal trailer" headers can link to this page. Miles (talk) 17:25, 20 January 2016 (EST)
Sounds good. Aardvarkian (TalkContributions) 17:25, 20 January 2016 (EST)

Don't mess with a witch[edit]

I didn't think I'd ever use it in this way, but since SmashWiki is not censored, shouldn't we just say that the end of Bayonetta's trailer references the quote, "Don't fuck with a witch," rather than providing a useless link to a YouTube video that tells whoever takes it that anyway? ScizorSteelix 14:57, 23 January 2016 (EST)

Honestly it seems fine to use the original quote. The fact that the instance of profanity is being directly referenced (and slightly reworded) makes it completely relevant and acceptable from an encyclopedic standpoint. Miles (talk) 15:04, 23 January 2016 (EST)
Since you agree, I'll change it now. ScizorSteelix 15:17, 23 January 2016 (EST)

PLEASE HELP[edit]

DURING MY EDIT SOMETHING GLITCHED AND I ENDED UP DELETING A SECTION. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO UNDO THIS Everone123 (talk) 22:18, 3 November 2018 (EDT)

Already fixed. If something like that happens again, go to the history tab and select undo on your edit. Guybrush20X6 (talk) 22:23, 3 November 2018 (EDT)
I tried to, but made the mistake of selecting the text box and the size of the page literally softlocked my device. I couldn't even shut it down, and ended up taking the battery out and putting it back in. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. Everone123 (talk) 22:40, 3 November 2018 (EDT)
