Toast is a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Young Link player from North Carolina. He is considered one of the greatest Young Link players of all time. He was one of the biggest rising stars of 2020 and was considered a top 50 player in the months prior to the pandemic. He especially broke out at Frostbite 2020, where he defeated Kameme, Samsora, and Light en route to a 7th place finish, often considered Toon Link's best tournament performance in Ultimate. During this time, he was also known for being the runner-up at Just Roll With It! 12, where he double-eliminated Kola. In the post-pandemic metagame, he is best known for finishing 3rd at CEO 2022, where he defeated Sonix and Tweek along the way, making him the highest-placing Young Link player at a major and the only one to have more than one major top 8 finish. He retired from competitive-Smash in 2023, switching over to Under Night In-Birth II.
