Changes from Bowser

• It has an elettric effect, which the regular version lacks.
• It has less startup and a longer duration with no sourspot (8-23 to 6-28).
• It deals more damage (13% to 15%) and shield damage (0 to 20).
• It has more ending lag (FAF 48 to 49).
• The initial autocancel as a shorter duration (1-7 to 1-5) and the late autocancel starts later (40 to 41).
• It has almost twice as much landing lag (24 to 45).
