It has an elettric effect which the regular version lacks.
It no longer has a sourspot, making the move strong the entire way through.
It deals more damage (15% to 17%) with knockback scaling not fully compensated (83 to 80) slightly improving his KO potential.
It deals more shield damage (0 to 20).
His initial autocancel lasts slightly longer (frames 1-8 to 1-9).
It no longer has Shell Invincibility.
It has more startup and a shorter duration (9-15 to 10-14).
His late autocancel starts slightly later (45 to 46).
It has more landing lag (35 to 45).
