I'm trying to figure out what to do with the information below. I think it's noteworthy enough to mention somewhere, but I'm not sure it deserves its own article.

At Jump Festa 2020, Nintendo Japan hosted an official invitational tournament event where 4 competitors had to compete against each other in "Mario & Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics", "Super Smash Bros. Bros. Ultimate", and "Super Mario Mker 2" in that order. It was announced on the official japanese Super Smash Bros. Ultimate twitter and Nintendo Japan Youtube Channel. Don't really think it fits here, since it's more of a Nintendo event than an event that holds a Smash event. It's also why we didn't cover the last 2 Nintendo World Championships. CookiesCreme 23:13, September 26, 2021 (EDT)
