Peach (ピーチ, Pīchi) will be a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4. She was announced on September 12, 2013.

Confirmed information

• Peach's hair-color appears to be lighter than in Brawl.
• The following attacks appear visually unchanged:
  • Forward aerial
  • Back throw
  • Dash Attack
  • Toad
• Up smash now seems to spawn a ribbon around Peach, with an apparent increase in horizontal reach.

Trivia

• The ribbon that can be seen swirling around Peach during her up smash may be a reference to the "Rhythmic Ribbon" event in Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
