Personal tier list?

From what I see it's more of a personal competency chart, which measures how well you do with certain characters instead of how well they represent their observed potential to you in high-level play. You may want to consider changing the wording on that to clarify that it's a measure of how well you do with characters. Not free next Friday because we're having a band and orchestra get-together that I don't know the exact duration of. Ironically, we'll be playing Smash there too. :P If I somehow find my way onto IRC later on in the day that day, though, we could definitely Brawl. Be warned.
