It is known for how a Japanese [[Falco]], [[Smasher:Bombsoldier|Bombsoldier]], got incredibly close to defeating Ken. It also is known that the Japanese team, Aniki, Bombsoldier, and Mikeal beat the American team of Ken, Isai, and UnknownForce. This was one of the few tournaments where Isai was 4 stocked, and Ken was beaten by a non-wavedashing Link, {{Sm|Aniki}}, in friendlies.
