Unlocking the 3rd panel

It seems that the 3rd panel does not require finishing the second panel. I currently have the 3rd panel unlocked with 6 completed on it, and I have 7 uncompleted on the second panel. I shall list what I'm missing from panel 2 and what I have from panel 3; they will be referred to as points on a graph, where the bottom left panel will be considered (1,1). From panel 2 I am missing (1,4) (2,4) (2,5) (5,2) (5,4) (6,2) (7,3). From panel 3 I have (1,3) (2,2) (4,1) (4,5) (5,3) (6,2). Hope this helps figure out how the panels are unlocked. I'm missing "five hits in Streatpass" and "ten collective hours" as well, yet I've got the third panel. I theorize that the third panel is just "unlock all characters". 24.5.199.119 02:32, 9 October 2014 (EDT)

It unlocked for me when I got G&W/Flat Zone 2 and had completed panel 1 already. Still have two left on panel 2 and panel 3's been open for a long time. Maybe it's a % of panel 2 completion that opens it? Miles (talk) 10:16, 9 October 2014 (EDT)

I had about five missing when I got the third panel. Currently I'm missing "get five hits in StreetSmash" and "KO 10 foes by hitting them with other foes in StreetSmash" (both are paraphrased). Sadly, I do not remember which one unlocked it. PikaSamus (talk) 10:26, 9 October 2014 (EDT)

Miis do not count in any way for the "do with everyone challenges" (which is worthy of adding to the page), so that's not your issue. All I can suggest is try again? Maybe one of your lower-scoring runs was never actually completed and you forgot about redoing it (I had that problem once). Toomai Glittershine The Wacko 17:40, 20 October 2014 (EDT)
