Keep. Notable for being the first Smash 64 mod, being actively supported, having a large, lengthy SmashBoards thread, and, as outlined in the page, even seeing tournament use.
The article's writing isn't the best, though, but it's not like we can't fix it.

- Neutral. On one hand, there is Monsieur Crow's argument, but on the other, I believe this has only been around for a few months or so, so we don't know if this will have the longetivity of Project M or 20XX.

- Nyarglebargle: If the original thread is anything to go by, 19XX appears to have actually been under development since May of 2015. Neat.
