Notability
Even if the page was meant to promote someone's legitimacy, depending on how notable Arbiter is as a commentator I'd say this page should be fine. We are generally slow for making pages on commentators (notable ones like Charles Thoren didn't even get a page until recently) so it would be great to get some help from in-region players who are familiar with this stuff.

- A quick check to Arbiter's resume, he's made commentating appearances at several notable tournaments, including top 8 for PGR-level regionals such as Back in Blood 3 and top 32 for majors such as Glitch - Infinite. I think that's enough to warrant a page on the wiki. Cookies
