Xyro is an American Samus player from Texas. He is also the host of the HOBO, WHOBO and TGC tournament series and was a member of the Unity Ruleset Committee.

As of August 2013, Xyro has hosted 40 HOBOs and 6 WHOBOs, with the most recent being held on May 3rd-4th, 2014. Despite wanting to retire in August 2012 after WHOBO 4, numerous people encouraged Xyro to return to hosting the series again. Thus, Xyro returned to the Brawl scene in March 2013 with the thirty-ninth and fortieth HOBOs, and two more WHOBOs.
