Shion, also known as Yo Boi Shion, is a Project M and Smash 4 player from Wheeling, Illinois. He is considered the best Little Mac in Chicago for Smash 4. He mained Marth in Project M and, in his time, developed quite a following in the Chicagoland area. Shion's very strange but flashy style, exciteable personality, and tendency to generate hype at will, brought eyes upon the promising Project M up and comer. He quit playing Project M competitively in Summer of 2014, when Smash 4 Came out, and made a brief return to competitive smash entering in various tournaments before quitting the competitive scene again. In his short return, Shion took the Chicago area's tournaments by storm with his intelligent and strangely odd use of Little Mac. Placing either first or an extremely close second, Shion's mastery of Little Mac made him a formidable foe at any tournament he attended. He was one of the four people invited to RTGN TV's Beta Test Tournament hosted in Toledo, Ohio but unfortunately declined the offer due to complications out of his control.

Trivia
- Many people who have had the chance to listen in on Shion's smash commentary were in for a treat. Shion's ability to generate hype and to maintain a crowd's enthusiasm was uncanny. His commentary usually consisted of witty banter and interesting analysis as well as breaking the fourth wall.
- Shion was the topic of much mystery and controversy in his time as a competitive player. Often, while in tournament play, a crowd would form and chant 'Shion is God', as a way to root him on, and was a constant victim to picture memes and jokes of the like.
- Though being a smasher from the Chicago land area, on 03/18/2014, Shion traveled to MD/VA with a few other smashers such as Rat and Lazarond and Crew Battled MD/VA's best smashers which included players like Boss, {{Sm|Chillin} and ChuDat. Video can be seen here.
- However, they lost the crew battle and Shion took the hardest beating out of all the Chicago smashers though not by far.
